CPHACC's Mission

"To provide the Capricornia region with an integrated, holistic and responsive primary health care system to produce better health care outcomes for the people of Central Queensland"

To achieve this, the CPHACC team has created a coordinated, IT-based approach to improving communication between various health and community care providers in the local area. This IT approach centres around an Individual Electronic Health Record (iEHR). An iEHR allows a patient's care to be coordinated and monitored by their regular health and care providers by giving the providers and the patient access to information instantly and with a minimum of duplication.

Search and filter capability

All news items, articles, events & practices will be searchable using the powerful built in search feature. The seach is easily accessable at the top of each page.

Events Calendar

We will implement an events calendar which is visible in the left column of every page. Events will be highlighted on the calendar and will link to a detail page that will contain specific information of the event such as date & time, venue, participants etc.

Archiving

Using the administrator backend, a user can easily flag articles to be archived. Articles can also be scheduled to be available from a specific state date until an end date at which point they will be automatically archived.

Contact Us Page

We have also added a google map that points directly to the CPHACC address.

Reporting Needs

We will configure the website to track statistic information to Google Analytics. Using Google Analytics, you will be able to track the number of visitors, where they are coming from, what pages they are viewing and view many more useful website statistics.

Tag Clouds

Tag clouds is a visual depiction of commonly used keywords of a site/page. It is used typically to give visitors a brief overview of what keywords are commonly used throughout the website. Using the tag cloud keywords, users can click to access the search page which will give them pages that are related to the keyword. Keywords that are commonly used throughout the website are larger in size which helps users quickly identify common keywords.
