Service Information Exchange

The Service Information Exchange (SIx) allows providers and consumers to search for products and services to aid in their own or their patient's care.

There are multiple searches which can be accessed from the "Search By" drop down box at the top of the page:

Condition and location:
The search fields outline the patient's Gender (M/F), age, condition (Diabetes, Asthma, etc.) and postcode (eg 4700).

Name:
Searches for a provider's name (eg.John Smith)

Service:
Searches for a provider for in a particular category (eg. general practice, cardiology, podiatry, etc.)

The system will return providers based on their suitability to aid the criteria searched for.
