1. Q What is Capricornia Division of General Practice

A. Capricornia Division of General Practice is one of 17 Queensland Divisions and one of more than 100 Australia wide. Divisions are primary health focused organisations who work actively in their local area with General Practioners and the health care community. Capricornia Division Hosts a number of programs which assist the local community which include projects funded by the federal Health Department (Department of Health and Ageing).


2. Q. What is CPHACC

A. CPHACC (Capricornia Primary Health Advanced Community Care) is a local program funded by Department of Health and Ageing and hosted by the Capricornia Division of General Practice. CPHACC is a holistic approach to improving primary care through technology and coordintaion services.
